Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of various projects related to Zoho CRM, website development, and sales tools.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in tech project coordination, with a strong understanding of web basics, including HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify. They will also be familiar with Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and the CTO to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations.
  • Translate sales and marketing needs into actionable tasks.
  • Test and validate deployments to ensure quality.
  • Maintain SOPs, guides, and release notes to document best practices.
  • Conduct weekly project status reviews to track progress.
  • Suggest automations and improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in tech project coordination.
  • Exposure to Zoho CRM.
  • Understanding of web basics (HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify).
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion.
  • Strong task management and communication skills.
