Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of interior projects. This dynamic position demands an exceptional blend of organizational skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of project processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote Development: Prepare and review detailed quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design Change Management: Monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
  • Client Liaison: Coordinate with clients to obtain approvals, progress updates, and clarifications, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Project File Organization: Maintain all project-related files and documentation, ensuring accessibility and security.
  • Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Settlements: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for post-project settlements, ensuring timely and efficient closure.
  • Budget Analysis: Conduct thorough budget analyses for all projects, identifying areas for cost optimization and ensuring compliance with approved limits.
  • Closure Support: Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts, guaranteeing accurate and complete records.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to project managers and executives, addressing any coordination or administrative requirements promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Detailed understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is highly desirable.
