Project Managers are crucial for delivering successful corporate office interior design projects. They must be able to oversee and execute projects with precision, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site activities, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Plan project timelines according to design requirements, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Communicate effectively with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Track project expenses, materials usage, and report any deviations from the budget.
  • Hold regular site meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate health, safety, and compliance regulations on-site and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Identify and resolve challenges promptly, providing effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely handover of the project with exceptional quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and coordinate site activities.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (desired).
  • Flexibility to work full-time at the project site.
