Job Overview

Our organization seeks a diligent Membership Specialist to guarantee seamless membership compliance for the exchange. The successful candidate will work closely with our team, ensuring zero errors in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Application Handling: Manage all aspects of membership applications from submission to termination.
  • Document Scrutiny: Review legal documents, including agreements and financial statements, for new applications, changes in member entity details, and annual returns.
  • Member Support: Respond to inquiries on membership rules and regulations, providing data to other departments as needed.

Additional Tasks:

  • Preparing Membership Status Changes: Prepare notes for approval on membership status changes.
  • Performing Assigned Activities: Perform assigned activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A CS/CA/MBA/CMA degree from a reputable Institute/University is essential.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies is preferred.
