Job Title: Compliance Officer

This is a complex and challenging role that requires an individual with strong compliance expertise to manage, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and practices within the organization.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, managing risk, and providing strategic solutions to mitigate business risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including IFSCA, SEBI, AIF, PMS, and FEMA.
  • Develop and maintain effective compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and training programs for employees.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Suitable formatting for improved readability.
