Job Description

We are seeking a skilled GRC Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.

The role involves working closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and ISMS documentation. You will also conduct IT risk assessments, maintain the IT Risk Register, and support ISO 27001 implementation and SOC governance.

Additionally, you will coordinate internal/external audits, provide audit evidence, drive cybersecurity initiatives, and manage user training, communication, and risk reporting across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in GRC/InfoSec with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Exposure to BFSI/NBFC regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI)
  • Professional certifications preferred: CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, ISO 27001, COBIT, CEH, CISA, CISSP
  • Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and handle audits end-to-end
