About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of all applicable tax returns, including GST, TDS, corporate income tax, and equalization levy. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and file all tax returns in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance calendars to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Review tax computations, reconciliations, and related workings prepared by the team or consultants to guarantee accuracy.
  4. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on our organization, implementing necessary changes to compliance processes as required.
  5. Oversee routine compliance hygiene checks and circulate technical memoranda summarizing findings and recommendations to Management.
  6. Supervise and mentor tax professionals, providing training and guidance on tax issues.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely filing of returns and tax reporting.
