We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our dynamic team.
Hotsourced is a fast-scaling startup that aims to democratise access to the world's talent pool. We connect great employers with great employees across geographic and regulatory boundaries.
We provide easy access to affordable, quality staff around the world through our headhunter and employer-of-record services.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Posting job adverts across various job boards.
- Performing active candidate outreach via platforms like LinkedIn.
- Building screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments and video interviews.
- Reviewing job applications and marking assessments.
- Performing background checks on candidates.
- Creating shortlists for clients.
- Handling candidate communication and coordination.
- Building relationships with institutional partners like universities and colleges.
- Developing our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking.
- Refining our screening and assessment process.
- Reporting on recruitment performance.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be a systems thinker and creative problem solver.
- To have a strong intrinsic desire and ability to drive continual process improvement.
- To be highly resourceful and have a sense of urgency.
- To possess strong organisational skills and a deep sense of caring toward your work and colleagues.
- To be fluent in written and verbal English.
- To have advanced talent acquisition skills, including candidate screening & assessment, interviewing.
- To be an excellent judge of character and have exceptional emotional intelligence.
- To be able to create & document new processes.
- To have exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- To have a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- To have a minimum of 2 years experience in a startup environment or scale-up.
