We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Posting job adverts across various job boards.
  • Performing active candidate outreach via platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Building screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments and video interviews.
  • Reviewing job applications and marking assessments.
  • Performing background checks on candidates.
  • Creating shortlists for clients.
  • Handling candidate communication and coordination.
  • Building relationships with institutional partners like universities and colleges.
  • Developing our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking.
  • Refining our screening and assessment process.
  • Reporting on recruitment performance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be fluent in written and verbal English.
  • To have advanced talent acquisition skills, including candidate screening & assessment, interviewing.
  • To be an excellent judge of character and have exceptional emotional intelligence.
  • To be able to create & document new processes.
  • To have exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • To have a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • To have a minimum of 2 years experience in a startup environment or scale-up.
