Executive Talent Scout

This is a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with specific job requirements outlined by stakeholders.

The Executive Talent Scout will play a key part in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.

Responsibilities include collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand job requirements, searching for potential candidates on job boards and online platforms, reviewing candidate profiles, and conducting initial outreach through messaging platforms or emails.

Additionally, the Executive Talent Scout will screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, excellent customer service focus, and proficiency in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail.
