Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Engagement Associate to join our Research & Consulting team. This role involves managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their requirements, positioning our services effectively, and converting prospects into long-term relationships. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they experience value from the beginning of their engagement with us.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
  • Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
