Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to spearhead our sales efforts. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
  • Data Analysis: Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
