Job Title: Hotel Manager – Corporate Office

We are a joint venture between a leading hospitality group and a global private equity firm, aiming to redefine our presence in the hospitality business by leveraging world-class management practices and innovative strategies.

Position Overview:

The Head of Operations will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. The role requires a smart and hands-on leader with sound financial and commercial acumen and general manager experience with international brand hotels in India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of multiple hospitality assets through business partners, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the JV.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as general manager/unit head of a hotel with a leading international hospitality brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
