Senior Director of Digital Operations

Lead the execution of strategic IT initiatives to drive business growth and improve guest experiences. The Senior Director of Digital Operations will oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple properties, ensuring seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.

  • Develop and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve revenue streams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of digital technologies and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, track performance against service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India, with knowledge on GDPR and other country privacy compliance a plus.
