Digital Transformation Leader

This role requires a visionary leader to drive digital transformation within the training function, enabling the organization to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation: Develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with the organization's overarching business and digital transformation goals.
- Champion the Adoption of Digital Learning Technologies: Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies, such as LMS, learning experience platforms, and AI-driven learning tools across the organization.
- Conduct Comprehensive Needs Assessments: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across the workforce.
- Design and Oversee Development of Digital Learning Content: Design and oversee the development of innovative, scalable digital learning content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models.
- Evaluate Select and Manage Digital Learning Platforms: Evaluate select and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs.
- Stay Abreast of Emerging Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology to drive continuous innovation in the training function.
- Oversee Creation of Digital Learning Infrastructure: Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires.
- Proven Experience in Developing and Implementing Large-Scale Digital Learning Strategies: Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies.
- Deep Understanding of Current and Emerging Technologies and Platforms: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
- Exceptional Strategic Thinking, Leadership, and Change Management Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Experience with Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to measure effectiveness.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business.
- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the training function.
