Transformation Leader - Convergence Expert

The role involves owning the financial performance of a key product line and driving growth through strategy, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap Definition: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for all connectivity services, integrating security and cloud solutions.
  • Growth Driver: Achieve 3 times revenue growth and 2 times market share expansion in the enterprise segment within 5 years.
  • Field Force Enablement: Implement productized GTM and sales enablement programs to enhance field force efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to enhance time-to-market and service quality.
  • Team Leadership: Build and coach a high-performance team focusing on product architecture, delivery, and customer servicing.
  • Partnerships: Establish relevant partnerships to drive business growth.

Core Competencies:

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of wireline/enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies (SD-WAN, FWA, cloud connectivity).
  • P&L Ownership: Proven success in P&L and business ownership with revenue and margin accountability.
  • Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead transformation efforts including product convergence, commercial redesign, and new GTM models.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong leadership across product, sales, solutioning, network, and delivery.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Engineering graduate preferably from Electronics or Telecommunications.
  • Management Education: MBA or General Management program from a reputable institution (preferred).
