Transformation Roadmap Leader

You will lead a team responsible for building and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in customer service/technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive milestones to realization.
  • Provide strategic communication to key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Work with consultants to develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scaling.
  • Deliver on strategic goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.
Profile and Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field, and 10+ years of change management experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to driving complex improvement projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Expertise in transformation/process re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (chat bots, email bots, social bots, knowledge bots, etc.).
  • Contact center or BPO industry experience.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within all organizational levels to build relationships.
  • Excellent internal client-facing skills with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification preferred.
