Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across stakeholders, ensuring alignment of Quality initiatives with vertical/functional strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) roadmaps, process re-engineering, and technology solutions. You will lead the development and execution of these roadmaps, solving business problems/opportunities in the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing LDT roadmaps that drive business value through Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions.
  • Delivering planned Digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads, digital delivery teams, and client leadership.
  • Providing analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
  • Leading initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement, delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts, and Bad Bench reduction.
  • Championing the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • SUPPORTING AND DELIVERING OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND AUTOMATION, IMPLEMENTING BEST PRACTICES AND DRIVING EFFICIENCY AND STANDARDIZATION AS APPROVED BY LEADS.

Minimum Qualifications include a Certified Black Belt and experience in driving RPA programs, deploying RPA across platforms, and leading transformation across all sub-processes in the F&A domain. Additionally, candidates should have experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology, managing client discussions, and driving large transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: F&A Domain expertise in Payable-To-Plan (PTP), Client-facing consulting experience
