Job Title: Transition Director

Job Description

The Transition Director will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT Transformation programs.

This role requires a strong program management skillset, with experience in successfully delivering complex IT Transformation programs.

As a leader, you will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams of project managers, technical experts, and support staff.

You will also collaborate with all stakeholders to align delivery with program objectives.
