Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation programs.

This position assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project, ensuring that solutions are optimal and aligned with business requirements.

  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that the solution is aligned with business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs.
  • Present/explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Define project plans, KRAs, and processes with stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status across departments.
  • Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process.
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Develop/adapt processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Skills required:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle.
  • Understanding of functional scope, design, and technology.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with executing projects in multiple areas, such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with results orientation.
