Senior Product Manager Debit Card Products

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of effective debit card product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, as well as experience in building and executing product roadmaps that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Build best-in-class customer-centric value propositions and deliver seamless onboarding experiences
  • Track and analyze product-wise spends, activation, retention, and attrition metrics, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute product strategies, including partnerships and alliances
  • Articulate complex product visions and strategies through compelling oral and written communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management at leading consumer banks
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, as well as experience in building and executing product roadmaps
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to derive insights from numbers and make data-driven product decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
  • Long-term vision and ability to construct a product roadmap that meets customer and business needs

Education:

Full-time Master's degree from a Tier 1 B-School, majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration

Work Experience Requirements:

7-15 years of experience in cards product management at a leading cards business or consumer bank, with a strong understanding of competitive frameworks and regulatory guidelines

Experience in payments products or card products is a plus
