Job Title: Senior Process Associate

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Process Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of debit notes from corporate to all inter-company entities;
  • Accounting of all debit notes/credit notes received from corporate and any other inter-company entity after thorough review and process adherence;
  • Inter-company account reconciliation and balance confirmation to all other inter-company entities as part of the month-end process;
  • Vendor card creation and update details as and when required in accordance with established processes;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with GL coordinators to resolve any queries or discrepancies;
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger (GL) principles and reconciliation of GL balances versus sub-ledgers;
  • Downloading various reports from ERP during the month-end process;
  • Preparation of MIS reports, revenue flash reports, and monthly reports;
  • Reconciliation of GL balances versus sub-ledgers;
  • Journal entry preparation, review, and submission;
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness of financial records;
  • Variance analysis to identify and investigate any discrepancies or anomalies;
  • Positive pay uploading, tracking, and publishing check details on a daily basis;

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of GL processes and procedures;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools;
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
