Senior Academic Advisor Position

In this key role, you will empower professionals to pursue executive education by providing personalized guidance and support. Main Responsibilities:
  • You will lead tele-counselling sessions to offer tailored recommendations to potential candidates.

  • Transform qualified leads into successful enrollments by following a structured sales process.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field (an MBA is preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in EdTech industry sales, including International Call Centre/Voice Process experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
