Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Executive to manage digital content, social media, website, SEO, and event-related marketing initiatives for SIEC Migration. The role involves close collaboration with the leadership team to create impactful campaigns, optimize online presence, and support strategic marketing goals.

Core Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Handle SIEC Migrations social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora)
  • Create engaging migration-related content, campaigns, and posts
  • Research and develop content ideas to boost brand awareness and lead generation
  • Manage direct messages (DMs) and comments, resolving client/student queries
  • Assign leads region-wise through CRM and generate monthly reports for Migration leaders

2. Campaign Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance across platforms
  • Track KPIs including Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Prepare region-wise campaign reports and share insights with Migration heads and teams

3. Website & SEO Supervision

  • Oversee website content updates, error checks, and design inputs
  • Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics
  • Develop SEO content (on-page, off-page, bookmarking, and business listing)
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure website performance and accuracy

4. Content Development

  • Supervise internal content research and development for blogs, news, and updates
  • Write and edit blogs, newsletters (bi-weekly), and migration-related updates
  • Collaborate with SEO experts, designers, and developers for optimized outputs

5. Event Content Management

  • Develop and manage content for Migration events
  • Coordinate with designers for event material requirements
  • Ensure timely execution and reporting of event content deliverables

6. Strategic Planning

  • Support leadership in planning future initiatives (e.g., Guest Blogging, AEO, GEO content)
  • Contribute ideas for content strategy, SEO improvements, and marketing growth plans

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, SEO, or digital marketing (migration/education industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content marketing strategies
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (blogs, campaigns, newsletters, event content)
  • Experience handling multi-platform social media accounts and CRM lead management
