About the Role:

We are looking for a
creative, camera-friendly Content Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic social media team. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, create, and execute engaging social media content — from writing and strategy to on-camera presence and basic video shoots. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, storytelling, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    content marketing strategies
    across all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ideate, write, and create
    social media posts, reels, and short-form video scripts
    aligned with brand tone and goals.
  • Experience working in a digital agency, D2C brand, or influencer marketing environment.
  • Act and appear on camera
    for videos, stories, and promotional content when required.
  • Assist in
    shoot planning, coordination, and execution
    — both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Research and identify current
    trends, memes, and viral formats
    to keep content fresh and relatable.
  • Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, influencer collaborations, and storytelling initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in
    Social Media, Content Writing, or Content Marketing
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    social media trends, copywriting, and storytelling
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills —
    comfortable appearing on camera
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    shooting and video creation
    (mobile or DSLR).
  • Proficiency in
    Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats
    .
  • Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics, tone, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of
    video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro)
    .

    content analytics tools
    and engagement tracking.
