Executive - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities/Role Description:
- Inbound Sales (~ 60% time)
a. Handling inbound enquiries. Scheduling and conducting building tours for prospective customers. Making outbound follow up calls to prospective customers. Writing, presenting and negotiating sales proposals for our offerings.
- Client Servicing (~ 10% time)
a. Being the first point of contact for existing customers and handling issue resolution. Coordinating with all internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Marketing (~20% time)
a. Developing marketing collaterals like ads, brochure, website, e-mailers, presentations etc. Producing content for all such collaterals. Defining and executing a content marketing strategy through blogs, newsletters and other social media platforms.
4. Miscellaneous (~10% time)
a. Produce MIS and reports as per the needs of the management.
b. Any other work assigned by the management.
Desired Profile &Skills:
- You should have 1+ years of experience preferably in a sales & client servicing domain.
- You must be a graduate having at least 70% marks in class X and XII.
- Your age should be between 22 and 28 years.
- You should have strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- You should be proficient in working with MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel &Word.
- You must live within a 90 minute commuting distance from Nehru Place.
Our working hours are from 9:00am to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:15pm on Saturday. This is a Delhi based position. Please do not apply for this job unless you currently live in Delhi/NCR.
