Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead a team of education counsellors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of education counsellors to achieve exceptional results.
  • Drive sales growth and meet monthly targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and report team performance on a daily and weekly basis to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure efficient follow-up with leads and existing clients to maximize conversion rates.
  • Oversee the use of CRM systems to track client interactions and conversion ratios.
  • Provide regular reporting on team sales goals and performance to upper management for informed decision-making.
  • Offer training and mentorship to enhance team productivity and address skill gaps.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
