Company Overview Ramaply is a leading plywood manufacturer dedicated to producing the finest quality plywood boards and doors since 1964 With over 50 years of experience and a strong annual turnover of 500 Crores we pride ourselves on excellent service and product quality Our headquarters are in Delhi and we operate across India Our passion for quality and service defines our contribution to the wholesale building materials industry Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive based in Delhi Rudarpur Katni or Sagar to enhance our business-to-business sales The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales particularly in distributing wholesale building materials like plywood and doors The senior role demands advanced skills in negotiation and relationship building aiming to achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in B2B sales specifically in the wholesale building materials industry showcasing high performance in sales targets Exemplary relationship-building skills that focus on customer satisfaction and retention essential for nurturing long-term partnerships Strong lead generation skills including identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into tangible sales Exceptional negotiation skills to secure agreements that are beneficial for both the company and its customers In-depth product knowledge with an understanding of our plywood boards and related products Solid abilities in customer acquisition with a history of expanding client bases in the professional setting Proficiency in market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs to maintain competitiveness Effective communication skills to clearly present information negotiate deals and fulfill customer requests smoothly Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving company targets and expanding client base Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to encourage repeat business Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and expectations Manage the sales pipeline by preparing sales reports forecasts and KPIs for reporting to leadership Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies and product offerings Negotiate and close agreements with corporate customers ensuring all contracts and transactions are beneficial Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being knowledgeable about new products and competition status Participate in trade fairs exhibitions and meetings tailored to industry-aligned strategic goals
