Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and initiate contact with potential suppliers of used cooking oil, encompassing restaurants, hotels, food manufacturers, aiming to meet and exceed sourcing targets.
  • Establish a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through effective outreach and lead generation strategies.
  • Pursue discovery calls to understand client needs and articulate the company's value proposition effectively.
  • Provide support in contract negotiations, manage the sales process from qualification to closure, and secure long-term partnerships for UCO supply.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations under the RUCO initiative.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team for efficient collection of used cooking oil.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven skills in sales, lead generation, account management, and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in waste management, food industry, or biofuel sector can be beneficial.
