Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multiple sourcing methodologies and be able to develop effective long-term client-team and/or candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand Amazon's candidate profile and apply multiple sourcing methodologies for the role(s) to be hired.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build prospective networks and garner positive feedback.
  • Use external talent pipeline and trend data to engage Client Leads and/or client teams in productive discussions about sourcing opportunities and hiring process improvements.
  • Help onboard, train, and develop team members.
  • Identify and engage candidates at all levels using data, funnel metrics, and domain expertise.
  • Accurately determine candidate fit for difficult, multiple-team requisitions and influence client teams to follow sourcing best practices.
  • Drive positive candidate experiences by educating hiring managers and interviewers on sourcing methodologies and providing excellent experiences directly to the candidate.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
