Job Opportunity

As a seasoned procurement specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will collaborate with a team of procurement professionals, cross-functional stakeholders, and establish strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to align with business objectives.
  • Drive annual saving /cost avoidance through effective sourcing strategies.
  • Lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base and reduce risk.
  • Participate in new supplier search and development.
  • Drive supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies.
  • Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in IFM/Operation related Projects with Capex/Energy Projects, including disposing scrap activity and having good knowledge of HSE.
  • Good supplier knowledge for Training/Hoteling/Transportation in market, strong communication skills, and demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms.
