About the Role:

As a Talent Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our Talent Attraction team throughout the entire recruitment journey. From job opening to pre-boarding, you will be the driving force behind a seamless candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume interviews across various departments within our Greenhouse ATS system.
  • Manage job requisitions, ensuring timely openings and closures in accordance with our guidelines.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through the entire interview process and pre-boarding.
  • Oversee the multi-country offer letter generation and sending process.
  • Own the background check process, from initiation to resolution.
  • Pre-board new hires by sending welcome letters, initiating background checks, and updating relevant trackers.
  • Participate in projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our TA function.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role.
  • Proven organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The capacity to multitask and rapidly learn new processes for improved results.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning team.
  • Strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
