HR Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: source, screen, interview, close; build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Owning employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract passive talent.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Design and run employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs (pulse surveys, townhalls, recognition programs).
  • People Analytics:
    • Use people analytics to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning; present insights to leadership.
  • Performance Management:
    • Partner with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensure HR compliance, compensation administration, and policy documentation.
  • Employee Champion:
    • Act as an employee champion — coach leaders, handle escalations sensitively, and maintain positive work culture.
  • Strategy & Operations:
    • Run periodic audits, headcount forecasting and budget coordination with finance.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Track record of hiring technical roles (developers/engineers) and business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with HR metrics, dashboards, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
