Job Title: Chief Talent Acquisition Officer

Our company is seeking an exceptional Chief Talent Acquisition Officer to lead all aspects of human resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive and productive work culture. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices across recruitment, talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management & Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Design and implement engaging programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.
    • Implement recognition programs and performance incentives.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and HR documentation.
    • Act as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Identify skill gaps and create learning programs to enhance employee capabilities.
    • Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
