We are seeking a skilled Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing post-payment customer journeys, coordinating with insurers and stakeholders, and driving timely case issuance.

This is a unique opportunity to work in insurance operations, where you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their benefits in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working closely with various stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the claims process.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle complex situations with ease. They should also have a basic understanding of insurance underwriting and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of post-payment cases and manage them through to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with customers to update them on next steps and pending requirements.
- Work closely with insurers and underwriters to resolve any issues that may arise during the claims process.
