About Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client outcomes by integrating insurer relationships and providing specialist expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the client service proposition and service delivery strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team
  • Deliver operational programs, projects and/or services that significantly contribute to the Business Unit
  • Align with the Simplify, Grow, Transform organisational strategy to drive continual improvement in areas such as risk, compliance, quality, and productivity.
  • Build high-quality relationships with internal / external stakeholders
  • Identify stakeholder needs, develop and deliver potential solutions
  • Ensure adherence to compliance / statutory requirements and operate within regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance client satisfaction
  • Proactive review of process risks and implement adequate controls
