The incumbent will oversee the Marine Insurance & Claims Department, ensuring adherence to international regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing insurance policies to mitigate risk exposure, managing a team of professionals handling claims and negotiations, collaborating with external stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance on risk management.

  • Developing comprehensive insurance policies to minimize risk exposure.
  • Leading a team of professionals in marine insurance and claims handling.
  • Collaborating with brokers, insurers, and legal teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of law, risk management, or insurance law at a postgraduate level.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in marine insurance/claims handling.
  • Strong understanding of marine insurance policies, claim processes, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and think strategically. They must have a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
