Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support restaurant operations and expansion. They will act as a strategic business partner to management on workforce planning and organizational development. Additionally, they will oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, and benefits administration.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support restaurant operations and expansion.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Design and monitor performance management systems.
  • Implement structured training, learning, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8–10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management and staff.
