Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cashless insurance claims efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cashless Claim Management
  • Verify policy coverage, review medical records, coordinate with insurers, and ensure accurate processing.
Policy Eligibility Verification
  • Ensure claim eligibility for cashless processing according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
Customer Service and Communication
  • Provide customer service, responding to inquiries from employees and stakeholders regarding claim status and related queries.
Healthcare Provider Coordination
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain additional information and clarify details when required.
Discrepancy Resolution
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or issues that may arise during claim processing to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Record Keeping and Compliance
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claim-related activities, communications, and transactions for documentation and audit purposes.
Performance Metrics and SLAs
  • Meet or exceed established service level agreements and performance metrics related to claim processing, turnaround time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles and preferably experience in cashless/TPA operations. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
