Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager - Third Party Risk Management. This role is part of our Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) function, focusing on the development and deployment of robust control frameworks for third-party services globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in implementing standardized processes and leveraging risk-based approaches. They will be responsible for working closely with business owners across regions to map out existing third-party engagement processes and develop end-state recommended processes.

In addition, the successful candidate will maintain comprehensive documentation, monitor and report key performance indicators (KRIs / KPIs), and establish robust operational processes with an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy robust control frameworks for third-party services globally
  • Work with business owners to map out existing third-party engagement processes and develop end-state recommended processes
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure clear communication with management
  • Monitor and report KRIs / KPIs for TPRM
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • At least 7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a banking or financial institution
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
