Senior Business Strategist

The Senior Business Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving the overall business strategy, ensuring seamless execution and effective governance. This individual will oversee end-to-end operations, aligning business functions with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Management: Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Process Optimization: Define and improve process flows for business operations, aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and report on business performance, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Technology Enablement: Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business growth and security.
  • Culture and Talent Development: Oversee HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Financial Stewardship: Supervise Finance function, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Risk Management: Provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to business operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing business operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
