Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and close monthly accounts
  • Handle GST, TDS compliance and related filings
  • Manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables
  • Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and statutory audits
  • Assist with information security audits & compliance communication
  • Lead operational tasks (travel bookings, performance appraisals, onboarding/offboarding)
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager and gain exposure to leadership planning
Requirements:
  • CA (preferred), CA Inter, or MBA Finance
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel; good command of MS Word
  • High attention to detail, goal-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)

  • Experience working in a startup/fast-paced environment
  • Love for financial analysis and data interpretation
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
