A highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern is required to support our finance team with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and accounting activities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending invoices to clients in a timely manner. They will also track and monitor outstanding invoices, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and payment status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate preparation and submission of client invoices.
  • Monitoring and tracking of client payments and outstanding balances.
  • Effective communication with clients and internal teams regarding billing and payment issues.
  • Assistance with account reconciliations and financial analysis.
  • Development of valuable skills in financial analysis, invoicing, and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
