Job Role: Senior Associate in Corporate Finance
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in executing sell-side and buy-side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, financing, and fundraising initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include creating pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, marketing materials, management presentations, and advising clients on commercial negotiation strategies.
You will assist the project lead in managing all aspects of M&A projects, including targeting and approaching new clients to identify potential business opportunities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and develop your skills in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or consulting services.
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will also need to demonstrate fluency in written and verbal communication skills, with English being the primary language of communication.
A degree in Finance or a related field, such as an MBA, CA, or CFA, is required for this role.
Additionally, you should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in using research databases such as S&P Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook, Fame, Orbis, among others.
