Financial Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our finance operations, providing strategic support to drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level professional to take ownership of day-to-day finance tasks and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.

  • Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations in Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare accurate management information, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances.
  • Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax, Tax Deducted at Source, Professional Tax, and Income Tax.
  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory filings, including Provident Fund and Employees' State Insurance.
  • Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
  • Smart communicator, analytical thinker, and detail-oriented individual.
