Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, as well as developing and implementing processes to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Budgeting and Cash Management:

  • Budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial projections
  • Cash management to optimize working capital and minimize risk

Accounting and Financial Reporting:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Finance Projects and Bookings:

  • Managing finance projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Consolidation and Review of Account Payables:

  • Consolidating financial data from various sources
  • Reviewing and processing account payables to ensure accuracy and timely payment

Financial Modeling and Incentives Working:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to inform business decisions
  • Working with stakeholders to design and implement incentive programs that drive business results

MIS and Payroll Processing:

  • Managing and maintaining MIS systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Processing payroll accurately and efficiently

Corporate Compliances:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain corporate governance

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CA or Inter CA (2-4 years' experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
