Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of finance and accounting, including invoicing, customer queries, and bank statement reconciliation.

  • The Financial Management Specialist will be an integral member of our team, working closely with Sales Support and Sales teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely responses to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing customers in a timely manner, working closely with Sales Support and Sales teams.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any billing or accounts queries promptly.
  • Monitoring Customer Deposits and Deferred Revenue to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconciling trade debtors and trade creditors, as well as collecting outstanding debts on a monthly basis.
  • Reconciling bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Assisting with month-end closing journal entries and preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • Reviewing contractors' invoices and payroll manual journal for accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
