Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process of syndicating debt, including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
  • Advise clients on accessing funding through government schemes for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), ensuring maximum benefit utilization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to provide clients with informed borrowing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals.
  • Promote continuous expansion and strengthening of relationships with lenders, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant or bachelor's/master's degree in finance/Commerce required.
  • 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking required.
  • Strong expertise in SME/SME government schemes and their practical application in financing required.
