Job Overview

The Treasury Management Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Treasury in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise funds and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions.
  • Surveil credit ratings and provide compliance reports to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage debt servicing and liability management to optimize cash flow.
  • Plan and coordinate audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including PSU and private banks.
  • Prepare loan applications, collect required data, and document disbursements.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams for transaction vetting and due diligence.
  • Drive fund raising and accelerate debt raising processes.
  • Monitor credit ratings with multiple agencies and negotiate rating fee structures.
  • Oversee stock audits and charge creation/modification with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
  • Manage post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns to RBI, NHB, and other authorities.
  • Manage liability dashboards, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDs.
  • Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred).
  • 7-12 years' experience in fund raising for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)/Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), and International GAAP (IGAAP).
  • Knowledge of National Housing Bank (NHB) refinancing is an advantage.
