You will oversee the daily operations of a facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Coordinate with various teams, including Building Management Services, Security, Housekeeping, Catering and Cafeteria Management, Printing & Stationery, Executive Assistance and Pantry Services, to resolve issues and improve services.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUILDING AUTHORITIES AND STATUTORY AGENCIES TO RESOLVE ISSUES PROMPTLY
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant statutory compliances and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to your Associate Director/Director on administrative activities and performance.
  • Develop and implement effective crisis management strategies to address situations such as fire drills, transport arrangements during heavy rains, medical emergencies, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 22701, 22301 & 45001 requirements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the firm's internal processes, including petty cash handling, bill processing, vendor management, inventory management, material movement, GST, invoicing, SAP, reporting to Finance, managing MIS, building maintenance, scrap disposal, etc.
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental SPOCs in Finance, IT, Talent, RRO, and other areas for seamless synchronization of administrative work across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and track renewal of AMC contracts and other agreements.
  • Receive and discuss Talent and Service Line Partners' requirements for their teams with your Director.
  • Lead and motivate staff reporting to you.

Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate or MBA or Diploma in Business Administration or related courses is required.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of job description, good stakeholder management, and negotiating skills are essential.
  • Strong command over English, both spoken and written, is necessary.
  • Good command over local language is mandatory.
