The role of a Senior Facilities Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities management. This includes ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Overall responsibility for facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.">
  • Ensure timely response to priority calls and scheduled walk-throughs of facilities to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.">
  • Close tickets within timelines/SLAs and advise the business on measures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.">
  • Prepare and manage budgets, leverage technology, make quick decisions, and solve problems.">
  • Maintain good relationships with employees, managers, executives, suppliers, vendors, and client stakeholders.">
  • Coordinate events, handle ad-hoc and planned requests according to guidelines, coordinate and execute all business moves in sync with the space management team.">
  • Oversee mail room services, medical room, and ambulance services, ensuring accruals are submitted with minimal or no variance.">
  • Coordinate delivery and responsible for the upkeep of facilities, monitoring facilities manager, assistant managers, and vendor staff, assigning them tasks and guiding them where required.">
  • Handle emergency situations pertaining to employees and WSP, work as a team player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments.">
  • Ensure site compliance scores are maintained as per statutory norms and have monthly connects with the WSP vendor for seamless operations.">
